Our Returns Promise
At ArtificialPlants, we photograph and describe every product accurately so there are no surprises. But if something isn't right — whether that's a change of mind, a sizing issue, or a fault — we've made returning as simple as possible.
What Can Be Returned?
You may return any item within 30 days of delivery, provided:
- The item is unused and in its original condition
- It is returned in its original or similarly protective packaging
- You have your order number or proof of purchase
We cannot accept returns on items that have been used, permanently altered, or returned more than 30 days after delivery without prior agreement.
How to Make a Return
- Contact us first — Email hello@artificialplants.co.uk or use our Contact page with your order number and reason. We reply within 1 business day.
- Get your return label — For faulty or incorrect items, we'll send a free prepaid label. For change-of-mind returns, a £3.99 postage fee is deducted from your refund.
- Pack and post — Pack securely, attach the label, and drop at any Post Office. Keep your proof of postage.
- Receive your refund — Once received and inspected (usually 2 business days), we'll process your refund immediately.

Refunds are returned to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email the moment it's processed.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage. We'll offer a full replacement, store credit, or refund — your choice — and arrange free collection.
Exchanges
Want a different size or product? Contact us and we'll arrange an exchange subject to stock availability. Any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.
2-Year Quality Guarantee
All products carry a 2-year quality guarantee. If your plant fades significantly or structural parts fail under normal indoor use within 2 years of purchase, we'll repair, replace, or refund it — just contact us with your order number.
